In the finalizing stage you will be able to:
change actual working hours
write up performance reports on volunteers
send the project for the administrator's review
Before you proceed, make sure to accept all volunteers who contributed.
Once the project is in the finalizing state, it may not be edited.
Warning
Deleting a project is rarely desired.
You may edit the project or delete individual activities instead.
Think twice before proceeding.

Description
Dear students and those who just want to!) We invite you to help us hold a sports event on August 17th in Innopolis. It's going to be a charity fitness run.
We will need 20 active volunteers
From 9 a.m. to about 14 p.m.
You will need to meet the participants, help them move and arrange sports equipment around the station and return it back at the end.
To tell the participants what is required of them at the stations.
All volunteers will also receive an invitation to an afterparty on the roof of the artspace and hot meals
